Payment can be made by cash, cheque, e-transfer, Visa, MasterCard or direct billing to Pacific Blue Cross.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is set aside for you, please call or email if you are ill or unable to make your appointment. A cancellation fee of the full treatment amount or less will be charged for missed appointments or less than 24 hour cancellations. In case of fever, flu or moderate illness please notify me before your treatment time.
